It's broken in pieces

Andrea, Michael & I were playing Sequence. We have a special States & Capitals version. So instead of the usual, it has states on the board, and you draw a card that has the state shape, and the state capital on it. Michael was able to match some of the states and capitals because of their different colors and shapes. His funniest comment though was when he discovered Hawaii...Mommy, it's broken in pieces!!! He of course was concerned that something bad had happened to it. I wasn't about to delve into the whole created by volcano story.
