Reading is definitely one of Michael's favorite activities, and he loves it when you read to him. The only problem we seem to have is if you tell him to pick 4 books, he usually brings 10. He has also been found to have turned his light on (AFTER he was put to bed), and he has gotten books out of his bookcase, brought them back to bed, and fallen asleep surrounded by them - not such a good thing when his diaper explodes in the middle of the night. Perhaps he believes in osmosis, and perhaps it is working, because the kid is definitely smart. In this instance however, Mommy was reading Dr. Seuss's Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You? This of course was not complete without the requisite sound effects, (by Mommy & Michael) and mooing is probably one of Michael's favorite words/sounds. He is definitely obsessed with cows (notice the infamous stuffed cow by his right knee).

Oh yes, my kids do the same thing with books! It's so good that Andrea (and James) have given him such a love!
