Go 'Way Bugs!!

Due to an unfortunate turn of events involving a tree falling on Daddy's car (it was not a Fica, in case any of you have seen that insurance commercial), Mommy & Daddy had to go shopping for a used car, and left Michael with the neighbor's at Matthew's baseball game until I could pick him up. If you ask Michael what happened to Daddy's car, he says "Daddy car Boom Boom Boom." Michael was not at all happy with them for leaving him behind, so when we went to pick up the car last night, he was much happier. When Mommy & Daddy went inside to sign the paperwork, Michael stayed outside with me and we continued to inspect the car. He had to sit in all the seats, especially the driver's seat to pass his inspection. His favorite part was the steering wheel. I let him play with that, but when he reached for the gear shift on the floor, I told him no. (For those of you panicking, I did have the keys ;) Eventually though we tired of the car, and decided to play outside of the car. Since the salesman had parked it near the entrance of the building, there were steps that Michael decided to play on. He decided it was fun to jump off the step, and even more fun to hold Miss Tammy's hand and for both of us to jump at the same time. On one of our jumps, Michael's attention was caught by an very large anthill in a crack in the cement. Jumping was forgotten, and he squatted to inspect the ants closer. He tried to move the ant hill, and figured out that it wasn't working, so in distress, he kept saying "Go 'Way Bugs!" Obviously they weren't listening, so then he tried to move it with his foot, and that didn't help either. Finally Mommy & Daddy came out, and when we asked him who he wanted to go home with, he , of course, chose to ride with Daddy in Daddy's "new" car.
